| Reservations: |
- one night's deposit required for confirmation payable by credit
card (Visa, Mastercard accepted) or cheque.
- cheques must be received within 2 weeks of making your reservation - minimum 5 night stay in cottages during peak season.

| Cancellations (Cottages): |
- 30 days cancellation notice required
for deposit refund less a $50
cancellation fee.
- for early departures you will be required to pay the number of
nights spent with us at standard nightly fee plus a $50 early departure fee.

- 7 days cancellation notice required for deposit refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

| Cancellations (Motel Room): |
- 48 hours cancellation notice required for deposit refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

- Sorry, we do not allow pets.

| Smoking: |
- Smoking is prohibited in the Inn, the Gatehouse, the Motel and the Cottages. A $250 cleaning and recovery fee will be charged to any guest that smokes in a non-smoking unit.
